Holly is responsible for managing the back-office staff, implementing processes, systems, and procedures, and ensuring the entire organization follows SEC regulations. She is a graduate of Lehigh University and Easton Area High School. She joined her dad at IAM while still in school in 2004 and has been a valued member of the team ever since.

Her love of organization and attention to detail are great assets in her many roles. Holly is married to Matt, and they have two sons—Grayson and Carter—as well as two standard poodles, Kingston and Princeton.

She loves staying active and spends many early mornings at the gym. Her happy place is Lake Wallenpaupack, out on the water with family and friends. Much of her time, however, is spent on the sidelines of her sons’ sporting events, cheering them on.
