Holly is responsible for managing the back office staff, implementing all processes, systems and procedures, and ensuring that the entire organization follows SEC regulations. She is a graduate of Lehigh University and Easton Area High School. She joined her dad here at IAM while still in school in 2004, and has been a member of the team ever since.

Her love for organization and attention to detail is a great asset to her various roles. Holly is married to Matt, and they have two sons — Grayson and Carter — and Kingston, a standard poodle.

She loves being active, and enjoys running, spinning and weight training. But she’s just as happy spending time with family and friends, especially on the beach with a good book and a cold cocktail.
